As a college student, things can get extremely stressful, but I always find peace when I am hiking. It's my escape from the assignments, deadlines, and just everyday worries. On the trail, I can clear my mind and be present in the moment. Hiking gives me space to breathe, reflect, and recharge my mind. It's the balance I need in life, and I always come back from a hike feeling refreshed and ready to take on whatever comes next.
