Physical Health Benefit

Hiking keeps me active, healthy, and energized. When I start my days with a small hike or run, I tend to feel a lot more productive. I love the challenge of a steep trail and the rewarding feeling of reaching the top. I've been hiking a lot more recently, and it's become a huge part of how I stay in shape while also enjoying myself outdoors. It doesn't feel like a workout, but it feels more like fun to me. Each hike is a chance to push myself, breathe fresh air, and appreciate the strength my body gives me to keep exploring.
